Our warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.

After making the purchase, you will see a screen with all the details you entered:

 

 

You will then receive an email to the email account you entered in which you will receive

confirmation of the order in the system.

 

Once the order has been placed you will receive another email upon completion of the order.

 

Once the order is complete the product goes out to the courier company and from there you get an

email with a tracking number and status regarding the product location at any given moment. As

well as a date of delivery of when to expect the product.


You just need to go to our website and under “Support” / “Contact Us tab and fill in all the details.
It is very important to indicate order number, and we will contact you within 24 hours. Or, you can
also send an email to to relations@mixpressocoffee.com with a description of your application.

Do not worry, you can provide us with the product name you purchased plus the full name or

address you entered on the purchase form and the date of purchase, and we can find you the order

number.

No, mixpresso provides the best service, if your product is within the warranty period, we will send

you a new product at no cost.

It depends on the shipping method you choose on the purchase page, there are several options:
Free shipping will arrive within 3-5 days.

Expedited delivery will arrive within 2 days.
Priority delivery will arrive the next day.

We currently ship to USA and Canada only.
